Frist, English is only a communication tool which helps you to connect with English speaker. Pronunciation in my opinion is not that important campare to the courage to speak out.
In Aus,almost all customer service personels are Indian, you will never want to know how bad the accent Indian have. Even the native english speakers have various accents from the so called standard British or American pronouciation. So as long as your audience understand you that is good enough.
Put this into your mind, experience is the besr teacher.
