Today,I'm go to the bank to withdraw some cash.I've been told it wouldn't work because the card already reached the limit.I'm feel confused, it's 2 pm, way past 0 am, why the atm turned me down?Wait about 20 minutes, a staff told me the limit is recycling in 24hours, not start at 0 am.Since i did my withdraw 6pm  yesterday,I have to wait 24hours (6pm today) to withdraw money from atm. What a relief, I thought sth wrong with my debit card.
