万万没想到。。。。没想到得到很多热心网友的帮助和提示,让我顺利拿到6pm的全额退款!

(说实话,6pm真的不靠谱,看到蛮多淘友跟我一样受到瑕疵鞋的)
第一封:收到货后,在大家的提示下给6pm客服发了邮件
告诉他们我收到一双脚尖上有洞的鞋子,非常不开心,请他帮我解决

My name is xxx, Order Number: 109-3381668-7489007, I received a pair of shoes from 6 PM, but there is a hole on the top of the shoes.
Please see the pictures below. It makes me very disappointed. Can you help me to solove this problem? Thanks.

客服回复说了很多,总结一下就是道歉,然后叫我14天内把这个鞋子退回去,他们退钱给我。

Before we're able to offer an appropriate solution for you, I would like to ask if you want to have a replacement for your order, we would be more than happy to get them to you. If not, or if you prefer, we can provide you with a full refund upon receipt of the item in our warehouse. Please just be reminded that replacement depends on the item's availability. Please let us know at your convenience which option you choose.
Please note that when we process a replacement order, the funds are transferred from your original order to the new order; this is so that we do not need to charge your original payment method a second time. We will ship the exchange order out right away before we receive your return, and we only request that you return the original order to us within 14 days.
If you prefer a refund, please know that from the time you mail back your return package, it can take around two weeks for it to reach us and be processed by our returns team. When we are finished processing the merchandise, we will send you a notification email that your refund has been issued. If a replacement has been sent, no refund will be due.
Again, I regret any inconvenience that this may have caused you. I know that it is really hard to find a pair of gorgeous shoes that combines the practicality of cost effectiveness with style. 说的比第一封还多,大致的意思是,对于国际邮递这种快递费他们是不承担的,只承担国内快递费,只破例一次给我全额退款,并且鞋子不用退回了

We appreciate that you brought your concern to our attention. Let me go ahead and check this matter for you.
Please be advised, that just as 6pm cannot ship internationally, we are unfortunately unable to cover shipping costs to the United States from overseas locations. We are happy to accept the item back for a full refund, and we can provide you with a UPS domestic pre-paid label for the return, but it can only be used to ship the merchandise back to our warehouse from within the United States.
In order to prevent having to pay the high costs of international return shipping, we strongly encourage you to thoroughly check all items before forwarding them overseas. Please note that the use of any freight forwarding companies is at your own risk.
In this case, in order to best assist you and help ensure you do not have to pay any additional fees, we will grant a one-time exception to allow you to forgo returning the item to us and still receive a full refund. We have issued the refund to your credit card today in the amount of $59.99.
Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 2-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your statement (up to 30 days for internationally issued credit cards). 有跟我一样经历的亲们,遇到这种情况,首先要拍照,然后写邮件给客服,告诉他们这个东西有问题,非常不好的购物体验。一般情况都会叫你寄回去的,这个时候你要告诉他你是国际客户,邮费非常昂贵,而且在指定时间寄不到,让客服再提其他解决办法(但是不要你自己说必须退款退货啥的,歪果仁比较委婉,太直接他们不能接受),一般他们都会再进一步帮你解决的。大致就是这样了
