I find my weakness.
Frankly, I use, write and speak English everyday. This is my job. But I won't say my english is very well. In fact, it's not.
Today, I try to organize some words into some sentenses. I find I lose all skills, I forget spelling of some words, I cannot write a right sentense without the help of software, I find some words I could speak and cannot write it right.
What's wrong with my E?
I have to review it all and keep on improving.

Actually it's very common. I have the same problem to some extent.

Don't lose heart. Keep practice. Everything is gonna be better and better.

I forget most of the grammat & vocabulary too. Now I just want to improve my English to become less Chinglish and speak more fluently

me too, saying is totally different than writing, you have time to think when writing,
while saying is just simultaneous with thinking,
all the grammars, high standard vocabularies are forget.
it is really not good,
i am just trying to make myself speak more organized, em.... that's logic.
