I major in English .But my spoken English is very poor.I really want to learn it well.So who can help me.Please teach me .

To improve speaking, you have to talk as much as possible in English, and try to find someone to practise. It would be very helpful if you can find a native speaker to talk with you and point out your mistakes.
You can also watch movies and TV dramas to get a sense of how native speakers speak English, and try to organize your sentence in English, rather than translating from Chinese.  You can do this practise while waiting for the bus or walking alone, if you cannot find other time.

Practice is the most important. Do as much practice as you can.

I agree with what have been said,as practice makes perfect and I think there is no need to repeat it again.
so here is something I want to add which I think might help:
1.making daily conversation with your classmates in English,maybe once a week or an hour a day,you can discuss it in class and fix a time to do this.people who want to improve their spoken English should have a place to practise,and it is your advantage to be an English major,so fully use it. Lucky you! :)
2.in case you want to practise alone,try to describe things around you.whatever you see like a glass of water,a bag,or a girl,anything would fit.this could be done by anytime,anywhere you want.
3.another way to practise alone is to speak to youself.it might sond a little bit weird though.

THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL,DON'T BE ASHAME OF MAKING MISTAKES BUT LEARN FROM IT.

My idea is
1) recite an article about 100 words or more everyday
2) write an article with 100 words everyday
3) send your article on paipai and amend mistakes
4) watch an ep drama everyday
5) speak out a dialogue everyday
6) try your best to speak in english as more as possible
No matter which way you choose, you have to work it hard to improve.
