i think the effective way is  to remember more vocabulary as possible as you can.
then recite some excellent articles.

In my opinion, the most important is to do the real exam papers used in the last years.

Also, remember to time yourself during the practice.

I think you can buy one book named "巅峰英语" in which it give some ways how to successfully pass CET4 . I successfully passed CET 4 and CET6 with its help .Hope it will help you as well

i don't think CET 4 is that tough.

I JUST consider it is too silly a way to  test English standards
