I like eating, cooking and baking, I have this as part of my DNA, from my parents, they are both cooks.
Because they're cooks, I was almost grown up in the kitchen.
As long as I can remember, they are always busy with preparing dishes for other people.
Personally, I prefer Asian food to European food. When I was 10 years old, I hadn't eaten anything except Chinese food.
I also ate a lot of seafood during my childhood, because the place where I used to live was near the sea.
My grandfather had a fishing boat and he used to fishe a lot during his spare time.
Since I was 10, a rush for Japanese culture arose.
In that time, I learnt a lot about Japan.
I was totally fond of sushi when I had tasted it for the first time.
Apart from food, I collected also Japanese commics, even now.
